1. Do Councils need an application to Demolish my property?

If you are needing to knock down a house these guys are the best in the business. Look no further as you will find they will quote you a fair price and do an outstanding job. They take pride in their work and they have been lovely to deal with from my initial contact onwards. Highly recommended.

These guys demolished a neighbouring house and I cannot rate their professionalism any higher. Prior to any works, they put letters in surrounding letterboxes to notify neighbours, something other companies don’t even do anymore.The guys on the site were considerate of neighbours and friendly, even saving a plant and putting it over the fence for us!They left the site visibly tidy, and didn’t leave litter, and didn’t damage anything else like other companies have around here.There are a lot of cowboys in the Demo industry so it’s good to see a company taking a little pride in their work.
